The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
In general, since items are handmade, total processing time can vary from 1 day (for items already made) to 6 weeks.
Generally you’ll receive your item within 1-8 weeks depending on a number of factors. This timing includes both shipping (which I can’t control) and processing/making.
Estimated shipping times
- North America : 1 – 9 business days
- Europe : 1 – 3 weeks
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery transport time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other options for local clients.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase – this is because I may have placed an order for supplies after this point.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Custom and personalized orders
I offer cutomization on nearly all orders – just let me know when ordering what customization you’d like and I can add that.
I can also create a custom design just for you!
Most of my products and designs are made from wood, lumber, boards, sheet goods etc. usually I’ll send these with a coating of mineral oil, polyurethane, shellac, lacquer, wax, paint, or a combination. This helps to protect the piece.
Oftentimes, wax is the final layer and is easy to rejuvenate! You can simply apply a fresh coat of paste wax, wait 30 minutes for it to dry, and then gently buff to a shine.
In order to maintain the look and feel, you can reapply mineral oil to those that come prefinished with that, be sure to follow the manufacturers instructions – quite often a lot of paper towels are needed to soak up the excess – have patience!
Polyurethane typically does not need much care. It is a durable finish that cures to a thin coat over the surface of the wood, usually you can just wipe clean with a damp rag. then ensure the surface is dry. If a recoat is needed after a few years, follow manufacturer instructions. Or simply apply paste wax over the top to help reseal and waterproof.
I work in inches.
You can convert these dimensions to Metric by taking the dimension in inches, and multiplying by 2.54 in order to find it’s size in CM.
Most of my pieces are as described, but sometimes there may be a slight difference in size – for example if there is a nasty chip in the end of a piece it’s sometime better to shave a quarter inch off that side than to keep it to an exact inch dimension. Such is the nature of creating designs and working with your hands.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Generally smaller pieces are shipped whole with packaging to protect them.
Larger pieces are shipped ‘flat-pack’ or ‘IKEA style’, but I’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for them to be assembled. EG tables ship as a top and legs, with 4 bolts per leg that has been pre-lined up and need only a small wrench to assemble.
I’m currently looking into increasing my production capabilities!
Send me a message to discuss wholesale options. Typically I offer discounts and custom pricing on larger quantities.
If you’d like to stock my designs in your store at wholesale pricing, MOQ needs to be met.
